Strategic Mentorship — work from the T40 bench

Sound familiar?

The knot.

Every challenge feels new. You second-guess decisions. There's nobody to sense-check ideas with who's been where you're trying to go. You're learning through expensive mistakes when someone could just tell you the answer. Leadership is lonely and you're tired of figuring everything out alone.

What we do about it

The fix.

We provide strategic mentorship - a sounding board with experience. Someone who's navigated the challenges you're facing and can shortcut your learning. You stop reinventing wheels and start moving faster with more confidence.

A short process on purpose

How this one works.

No discovery phases that outlive the project. Just the steps that earn their place.

  1. 01 Chemistry Check Mentorship only works with the right fit. We have an initial conversation to ensure we can genuinely help and that the relationship will work.
  2. 02 Context Building We get up to speed on your business, history, challenges, and goals. This isn't a one-time thing - context builds over time as the relationship deepens.
  3. 03 Regular Sessions We meet regularly to work through whatever's most pressing - strategic decisions, operational challenges, leadership questions, or just processing what's happening.
  4. 04 Ongoing Support Between sessions, you have access for urgent questions. When something comes up and you need a sounding board, you've got one.

Why this matters

Running a business is lonely. Most founders make decisions in isolation, learn through expensive trial and error, and carry stress that's hard to share. A mentor who's been there provides perspective, shortcuts, and emotional support. It's not about having all the answers - it's about not facing the questions alone.

Who this suits

  • First-time founders navigating unfamiliar territory
  • Experienced leaders facing new challenges as they scale
  • Business owners who lack peers at their level to talk to
  • Anyone who wants a trusted advisor in their corner
Asked, answered

The questions everyone asks.

If yours isn't here, ask it — we answer emails within 24 hours.

Q1 How is mentorship different from coaching?

Coaching helps you find your own answers through questioning and frameworks. Mentorship shares direct experience and advice. We do both, but mentorship leans more on 'here's what I learned when I faced this' rather than 'what do you think you should do?'

Q2 What can I talk to you about?

Anything affecting your business or leadership - strategy, operations, people challenges, difficult decisions, work-life balance, imposter syndrome. The scope is whatever you need it to be.

Q3 How often do we meet?

Typically monthly or bi-weekly, depending on intensity of what you are working through. Some periods need more support, some less. We flex to what is actually useful.

Q4 Is this confidential?

Completely. What we discuss stays between us. You need to be able to share honestly - doubts, failures, fears - without worrying about it going anywhere. Trust is foundational to useful mentorship.

Sound like your problem?

Tell us where it hurts. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can help — and what we’d do first.
