Meaningful capability change typically takes 6-12 months of focused work. We start with intensive skill-building, then transition to coaching as you apply new approaches. Quick fixes rarely stick.

Q3 Can you work with my whole leadership team?

Yes. Team-based leadership development creates shared language, aligned practices, and peer accountability. We run cohort programmes for leadership teams alongside individual development.

Q4 What if I am not sure what I need to develop?
