We teach your team to use AI effectively - no jargon, just practical skills.
Your team knows AI exists but doesn't know how to actually use it.
Sound familiar?
The knot.
Everyone's heard of ChatGPT. Some have played with it. But nobody knows how to apply it to their actual work. You're paying for tools nobody uses properly. Competitors are getting faster while your team struggles to write a decent prompt. The gap between AI's potential and your team's ability to use it grows wider every day.
What we do about it
The fix.
We run practical training sessions that turn AI confusion into AI confidence. Not theory - hands-on workshops where your team learns to use AI for their specific tasks. By the end, they're writing better prompts, automating repetitive work, and actually excited about the tools they were intimidated by.
What you get.
The deliverables, plainly listed. If it's not here, ask — we'll tell you honestly whether it's included.
- 01 Half-day or full-day AI workshops tailored to your team and industry
- 02 Practical prompt engineering training - how to get useful outputs from AI
- 03 Role-specific AI applications - sales, marketing, operations, customer service
- 04 AI tool selection guidance - which tools actually matter for your work
- 05 Hands-on exercises using your actual business scenarios and documents
- 06 Follow-up resources and prompt libraries your team can use immediately
How this one works.
No discovery phases that outlive the project. Just the steps that earn their place.
- 01 Pre-Workshop Assessment We survey your team to understand current AI knowledge, daily tasks, and pain points. This shapes the workshop content to be immediately relevant.
- 02 Customised Content We build workshop materials around your specific industry, tools, and use cases. No generic slides - everything relates to work your team actually does.
- 03 Interactive Training Hands-on sessions where your team practices with real AI tools on real tasks. They leave with skills they can use the same day, not just theory.
- 04 Post-Workshop Support We provide prompt libraries, cheat sheets, and follow-up resources. Optional coaching sessions ensure the training actually sticks.
Why this matters
AI literacy is becoming as important as computer literacy was 20 years ago. Teams that can effectively use AI tools are dramatically more productive than those who can't. The training gap between early adopters and everyone else creates real competitive disadvantage. Closing that gap quickly matters.
Who this suits
- Teams where AI adoption has stalled after initial curiosity
- Companies that have invested in AI tools nobody actually uses
- Leaders who want their team AI-confident, not AI-anxious
- Organisations preparing for AI-first workflows
The questions everyone asks.
If yours isn't here, ask it — we answer emails within 24 hours.
Q1 How long are the training sessions?
We offer half-day (3-4 hours) and full-day (6-7 hours) workshops. Half-day covers fundamentals and key use cases. Full-day includes deeper dives, more hands-on practice, and role-specific applications. We recommend full-day for maximum impact.
Q2 Do you train on specific AI tools?
Yes - we focus on the tools most relevant to your team. Typically ChatGPT/Claude for general use, plus domain-specific tools for your industry. We can also train on tools you have already invested in but are not using effectively.
Q3 What if our team has mixed AI experience levels?
Common situation. We structure workshops to bring beginners up to speed quickly while keeping advanced users engaged with deeper techniques. Breakout exercises let different levels work at appropriate pace.
Q4 Can you train remote teams?
Yes - we run effective virtual workshops with screen sharing, collaborative exercises, and breakout rooms. In-person is slightly better for engagement but virtual works well for distributed teams.
Q5 What does AI training cost?
Half-day workshops start at £1,500 for up to 10 participants. Full-day workshops start at £2,500. Larger groups and multi-session programmes are priced based on scope. All include pre-workshop assessment and follow-up materials.
