Q1 How quickly do you respond?
Within 24 hours, usually much sooner. If it’s urgent, say so in the message — we read them all.
Q2 What happens in the call?
Thirty minutes with Ben or Mark. We learn what you do, what’s stuck, and give you our honest first read — including “we’re not the right fit” if that’s the truth. No pitch.
Q3 Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We’re based in Warwickshire and work with clients across the UK and beyond. Time zones haven’t beaten us yet.
